Above is the Taped Recording (Audio) of the proceedings of the Dallas-Ft. Worth Metro Golden Retriever Club (DFWMGRC) Disciplinary hearing along with a transcript of the hearing.  The proceedings spanned two sides of the tape during the recording.  These tapes were provided by Defendants after the Disciplinary hearing.

 With this audio and transcript of the proceedings, you will learn that the Plaintiffs were not given the proper opportunity by the Defendants to provide a defense to the unsubstantiated charges.  It will also become clear that the Defendants were unwilling to hear the Plaintiffs' arguments and had already decided the Plaintiffs' guilt and were ready to pass judgment prior to the hearing having begun.   You will notice at times that Defendants were actually confused as to what the exact charges were!

 

Essentially the Plaintiffs were denied  "due process".  It will also become clear that the Defendants did not perform "due diligence" in the form of an investigation that should have included questioning the Plaintiffs regarding the activities that they were charged with.  In our opinion, it is apparent that Judy Word was the catalyst for the entire situation.
