During recorded telephone conversations between Plaintiffs and BJ
Elliot 4/24/05, BJ Elliott speaks about a letter he was asked to write
by Judy Word. Telephone conversations were recorded by Plaintiffs
after original conversation with Judy Word on 4/22/05 when Plaintiffs
became suspicious about an alleged letter of complaint by BJ Elliot. Judy Word had denied to Plaintiffs that she asked BJ Elliot to
write a letter. The truth was proven by Plaintiffs that Judy Word did in fact ask
BJ Elliot to write a letter and send it to her. Judy Word
misrepresented to Plaintiffs that the letter was a complaint and refused
for Plaintiffs to view the letter until Defendants were compelled to
reveal the letter during Discovery proceedings. The letter sent to
Judy Word was simply a description as BJ Elliot recalled from the puppy's
vet exams!
BJ Elliot: "And
I even put on there that uh, you know, the second vet didn't find the
heart murmur…" |
Judy Word stated on a GRCA forum that the 2nd vet did find a murmur
which she knew to be false from the information sent to her by BJ Elliot.
BJ Elliot: "No,
the second vet did not find the heart murmur.." |
Confirmation to the Plaintiffs that BJ Elliott did recall that fact
correctly from the vet visit with Kirk Esmond DVM
BJ Elliot: "No,
it was not a complaint." |
Judy Word originally stated to Plaintiffs that BJ Elliot filed a
complaint with the DFWMGRC which was false.
BJ Elliot:
"Well, I mean I can always give Judy a call and say listen, I sent you
the letter as you asked me to and uh… you know… . I don't appreciate
you guys saying that I sent, you know, sent in a complaint cause
that's, that wasn't the case." |
BJ Elliot offering to talk to Judy Word about the letter he sent her after Plaintiff's informed him
that Judy Word stated that he filed a complaint against Plaintiffs.
It would appear that BJ Elliot is upset that his letter was misrepresented
by Judy Word to the Plaintiffs.
BJ Elliot: "I
don't know what, what's going on with all that. It sounds like its
something very internal in your organization." |
Interesting that BJ Elliot picked that fact up rather quickly after
speaking with Plaintiffs the morning after their conversation with Judy
Word.
BJ Elliott:
"So… and, and I made sure Judy Word, I had, when I spoke to her, I
said listen, you know, I think I made a mistake by sending this
letter. I don't know what's going on with you guys… but I do know
that uh, anyone who were to look, who were to read that letter…
anyone… would read it and see its not a complaint." |
BJ Elliot appears to be agitated with Judy Word.
BJ Elliott:
"I'm just gonna tell Judy I don't want to be involved in this and I
don't know what's going on, it's between you guys and uh, you know,
don't look to me for further information. You, you have what you
asked me for and that's pretty much it, I don't want to be involved
in anybody's uh… you know… political anything." |
BJ Elliot after speaking with Plaintiffs and again, it appears that
he was agitated with Judy Word.
