Dallas-Ft. Worth Metro Golden Retriever Club Lawsuit

        Home

If Sherri Farmer had something to say to the Plaintiffs, why did she not just say it to the one of the Plaintiff's who

attended the meeting at Dick Caldwell's house that evening?  Why did she then send an email under an alias name of Jackson

Munster Munstermash@yahoo.com which was easily traced to Sherri Farmer's IP address?  Draw your own conclusions with

regards to Sherri Farmer from the following just as you should draw you own conclusions from the information on Sherri Farmer

within the Opening Statement and Defendant's Notable Quotes page on this website.

Sherri Farmer was one of the 2005 Dallas-Ft. Worth Metro Golden Retriever Board members and at the time of the writing below, was the DFWMGRC

Puppy Referral Chair.

Each Internet connection has an IP address and when it is broadband or DSL this address is unique to the individuals account. This is how the police track pedophiles through the email that they write. In this case we found the IP address of the Munster letter and compared it to the IP address of a letter coming from Sherri Farmer. The address was identical. Since the Munster email was from a secondary source (Yahoo) there was no listing of the computer it was written from. However the email did emanate from the same Internet connection as  other emails known to have be sent by Sherri Farmer.

“You've picked a interesting activity in suing the dog club. They'll just kick you out of the club and then you won't be able to peddle your dogs through the club anymore.  That makes me think of another interesting activity which is what you would have to do if the IRS found out aobut your little dog peddling business.”

Congratulations on your litter!  I received your request to list your =
litter with the DFWMGRC Puppy Referral service on Saturday, June 10, =
2006.  Your listing will run until Saturday, August 5, 2006, unless you
=
cancel it prior to that time by notifying the Puppy Referral Committee
=
Chairperson either in writing or orally. =20

=20

The following are the guidelines for listing:

=20

1.  Your name will be passed to the volunteers that are returning calls
=
for puppy referral.  Your name and phone number will be given to =
interested persons.  We have no control over whether or not they =
actually call you. =20

=20

2.  Under normal circumstances, we do not give out specific information
=
about your litter.  The volunteers will discuss general educational =
issues with the callers which could include health issues, what to look
=
for in a "reputable" breeder, certain questions to ask the breeder
about =
clearances, etc.  Our volunteers are instructed not to give out
personal =
opinions about dogs, litters, breedings, breeders, etc.  Please be
aware =
that the determination of "normal circumstances" is left to the =
discretion of the Puppy Referral Chairperson and the DFWMGRC Board of =
Directors. =20

=20

3.  You have paid for the listing of your litter only.  When you
receive =
calls, you may only talk about the litter that you have listed.  You
may =
not refer to other puppies or dogs you might have, or to any other =
litters or dogs that you know about.  A violation can be cause to =
withdraw the litter listing, among other possible ramifications.  =
DFWMGRC requires that listers be members of the club, all clearances on
=
the sire and dam to be turned in, and a fee be paid before we will
refer =
puppy buyers to breeders. This includes referrals by members who have =
puppies listed with puppy referral.  Listing puppies on puppy referral
=
is a privilege of membership and can be withdrawn for violation of the
=
guidelines. =20

4.  Your listing is for eight (8) weeks beginning on the date your =
request and clearances were received.  However, you may cancel the =
listing at any time, which will end the listing period.  There are no =
provisions in our Constitution and Bylaws for re-listing a litter once
=
the breeder has requested the litter be removed from the list. =20
=20
5.  Litter listings may be extended at the rate of $25 per four-week =
period (provided the listed has not previously been canceled).

6.  Any communication concerning this listing (or future listings) must
=
be made through the Puppy Referral Chairman.  Email or letter is the =
preferable form of communication so there is a record. =20

7.  The fee you paid is to help offset the cost of operating puppy =
referral, including but not limited to, the cost of the phone line, the
=
newspaper advertisements, postage, and any other expenses associated =
with offering the service.=20

We hope our puppy referral service can assist you in finding loving =
homes for your babies.  If you ever have any questions or need =
additional information, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Sherri Farmer
Chairperson, DFWMGRC Puppy Referral Committee

Sherri Farmer also misquoted a Golden Retriever Club Of America Board member at a 2007 DFWMGRC membership meeting that Plaintiffs' and another DFWMGRC member's goal was to destroy the DFWMGRC,  stating that a GRCA Board member had said that to her.  The GRCA Board member mentioned was directly contacted by Ann Horton who was addressed in that misquote by Sherri Farmer and the GRCA Board member denied ever making that statement.  That GRCA Board member is a well respected member of the Golden Community and in our opinion would not have made such a statement.  The conclusion may be reached after reading this website that there have been quite a few misquotes and untruths stated by certain DFWMGRC members.
