Quotes taken from the transcript of the Dallas-Ft. Worth Metro Golden Retriever Club

  (DFWMGRC) Disciplinary Hearing - July 18, 2005:

Sherri Farmer in response to Plaintiff with regards to the truth of testimony being given:
Sherri Farmer: "Whether or not it is true or not is irrelevant" "It has nothing to do whether it was true or not"

Lynda Williams in response to Plaintiff regarding cross-examination of witnesses:

Lynda Williams: "You are not allowed to cross examine the witness"

Lynda Williams in response to Plaintiff regarding a statement by Judy Word:

Lynda Williams: "...she’s entitled to perceive it anyway she likes."

Lynda Williams in response to Plaintiffs' request (request was denied!!!) to call Dr. Kirk Esmond to provide testimony on the health of the puppy to refute the charges of "potential liability":

Lynda Williams: "It was a perceived liability...We didn't have the knowledge of the liability."

Debra Allen in response to Plaintiffs' assertion that Plaintiffs had proved their innocence of a particular charge and innocence of the first charge proved Plaintiff's innocence of succeeding charges:

Debra Allen: "... okay, we already conceded that point…"

Rita Robins, during a recorded telephone conversation with Plaintiff on April 24, 2005 regarding puppy being banned from Puppy Referral by 2005 DFWMGRC Board:

Rita Robins: "... Yes, I'm kind of sort of in the loop. … in all fairness I wish I didn't know a thing about this... And ya'all, ya'all lived up to your contract... the Club just gives out people's names, we're basically a Broker..."

Debra Allen in a 2007 email to the DFWMGRC membership regarding an upcoming vote regarding the removal of the DFWMGRC Puppy Referral Service.  Debra Allen was replaced by Sherri Farmer as Puppy Referral Chair in 2006.  After the vote to remove Puppy Referral from the DFWMGRC, a private website, DFW Golden Breeders appeared on the Internet of which Debra Allen was originally not a listed member and speaks out against the 2007 Board:

Debra Allen: "If you talk to some of the board members/constitution committee they will try to tell you puppy referral is not going away. DON'T BELIEVE THEM."
