Dallas-Ft. Worth Metro Golden Retriever Club Lawsuit

1.      Again, the Defendants have the date incorrect, leading to collusion and conspiracy amongst the Board with these affidavits.  BJ Elliott returned his puppy to Plaintiff’s on April 13, 2005.  By Wednesday, April 20, 2005, BJ Elliott had already been out to Holly King’s house, after being referred to Holly by Judy Word the day he returned Plaintiff’s puppy.  Mark Word is Judy Word’s husband.  Per BJ Elliott’s phone calls with Plaintiff, it is fact that BJ Elliott did not get Judy Word’s contact information from Dr Kirk Esmond, Plaintiff’s Exhibit 4, pg 2,  BJ Elliott’s phone calls with Plaintiff also state that he did not mention Plaintiff’s name or the situation with Plaintiff’s puppy until Judy Word would not give him another referral without that information since Puppy Referral already gave him information leading to the purchase of one puppy, Plaintiff’s Exhibit 4, page 5.
