The day after Plaintiff's Disciplinary hearing, the email below will show that Judy Word acting as the Dallas-Ft. Worth Metro Golden Retriever Club president, informed the Board that she contacted Ellan Thorson (then Chairperson of the GRCA Puppy Referral Committee) with regards to Plaintiffs.  Plaintiffs contend that this contact with Ellan Thorson would have been in immediate violation of any confidentiality clause in the DFWMGRC's Bylaws and would have been  an attempt to interfere with the relationship Plaintiff's had with GRCA.

 

Plaintiffs were not contacted by, nor removed by Ellan Thorson or any other GRCA Committee from the GRCA_Puppy_Referral forum or from any other GRCA related lists or privileges.  Plaintiffs have been members in good standing with the Golden Retriever Club Of America since joining in 1995.  Ellan Thornson is the one that approved Plaintiff's membership to the GRCA_Puppy_Referral forum!!! 

 

Interestingly, no correspondence between Judy Word and Ellan Thorson was received in Discovery from Judy Word.  Could that be because there was no correspondence sent to Ellan Thorson nor GRCA?  Why would she misrepresent that to the DFWMGRC Board?  Could it be because at this point Judy Word now knew that Plaintiffs had access to the emails Judy Word had sent to the GRCA Puppy Referral forum misrepresenting the puppy in question as referred to in the Opening Statement of this website???   Ellan Thornson is the one that approved Plaintiff's membership to the GRCA_Puppy_Referral forum!!!
